Dealync – Terms of Service

Welcome to Dealync, a smart platform by GoodPegg designed to help you add and share items with your customers and collaborate with your dealer friends. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline your rights and responsibilities when using Dealync. By accessing our app and using any of its features, including subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Terms

1.1 Subscription Services

  • Dealync offers an auto-renewable subscription at INR 269 per month.
  • Subscribing unlocks premium features allowing users to add more than 3 items.

1.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google ID at purchase confirmation.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

1.3 Managing Your Subscription

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions via App Store / Google Play account settings.
  • No refunds for partial usage or unused time.
  • If cancelled, premium access continues until the billing cycle ends.

1.4 Price Changes

  • Subscription prices may be updated with prior notice.
  • You may cancel before the new billing cycle if you disagree with the price change.

2. Use of the Platform

  • Dealync is intended for individuals or businesses to create and distribute items.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • If acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm legal authority.
  • Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content and designs belong to GoodPegg.
  • A limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license is granted.
  • Copying, reselling, or modifying assets without permission is prohibited.

4. Modifications to the Platform

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
  • The app is provided on an “as is” basis.

5. Privacy Policy Summary

  • We store only user name, business name, and phone number.
  • User-entered data is used locally for item creation.
  • Firebase or similar tools may be used for anonymized analytics.
  • Device storage is accessed only for saving or loading items.

6. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify GoodPegg against claims arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your shared content
  • Unauthorized use of the app

Total liability is limited to INR 1,000 or the minimum allowed by law.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes resolved amicably within 30 days, else arbitration in Chandigarh.
  • Proceedings conducted in English.
